Call the Helpdesk

We offer phone support seven days a week, except during university holidays and closures.

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Chat with the Helpdesk

Our chatbot is available at all times, with live chat support available five days a week, except during university holidays and closures.

  • Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To access the chatbot or live chat support, select the green, Open Kit Chatbot button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Visit the OIT Helpdesk in the person in the FMH Student Services Lobby five days a week, except during university holidays and closures.

  • Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We are also available in any of the OIT run Computer Labs on campus.
